Ethics Transparency and Credibility

Assuring donor confidence in the credibility of your nonprofit organization is essential.  This session will focus on roles of the Board and staff in assuring that a solid set of values are in place and applied, and that you are transparent in your relationships with donors, partners, and the public.

Trainer:  Boris Frank has been a consultant for over 30 years, since l982 as President of his own firm, primarily in the areas of fundraising and development, not-for-profit management and strategic planning. His more than 500 clients have included over 150 capital campaigns, including more than 80 public libraries. He served two terms as Treasurer of the Wisconsin Library Association Foundation.  Boris lectures for The University of Wisconsin, he is on the faculties of UW-Superior, Milwaukee, and Oshkosh Continuing Education; the UW-Wisconsin Business School Fundraising and Development Institute; the United Way Board Training Program; and the University of Wisconsin Certified Public Managers program. Boris recently joined the faculty of Madison College/MATC where he has introduced a new 3-credit course on Nonprofit Management.
