Insurance Decisions - BIG Impact

Better understanding of the basics of your employee benefits and property casualty insurance will help you better understand the services you receive as it relates to your organization’s insurance. Renew your awareness regarding the coverage you need whether it is your employee benefits or the property casualty needs, as well as, review the importance of the Agent in the insurance process. Too many times, organizations get caught up selecting different insurance carriers through a quoting process when in effect; they should be spending that time selecting agents that can help them better prepare their organization. Lastly, receive a checklist so you can review where you are at with your insurance coverage.

 

Laura Schurman, Account Executive, M3 Insurance. Laura is dedicated exclusively to serving the needs of small businesses and their employee benefit needs. While providing service for the customer, she continues to help to develop new and more efficient ways to serve M3’s small business clients. She is also a resource to her customers regarding marketing and regulations for small businesses.

Laura has more than fifteen years of experience in the insurance industry. She has worked in human resources, marketing, and sales, handling products as diverse as life insurance and professional liability insurance. Laura joined the M3 team in 2000.

While building career experience, Laura earned a master’s degree in psychology from Edgewood College in 1998. She is a licensed agent in the State of Wisconsin for life and health as well as property and casualty insurance and is a group benefit disability specialist. Patrick LeMire, Account Executive, M3 Insurance. Pat’s primary role is to work with skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, evaluating their operations and recommending optimum placement and management of their property/casualty insurance. He also works with many non-profit organizations in the management of their insurance programs. Using well-designed risk management strategies and insurance planning, Pat serves as an advisor and consultant to his clients, designing solutions to meet their specific needs and adjusting coverage as necessary to stay current as those needs change.

Pat earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations from Northern Michigan University. Following graduation, Pat worked as a legislative aide for a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly. He later held the position of marketing/product manager for GBC Corp., a multi-million dollar office supplies manufacturer.
