Financial & Non-Financial Benchmarking for Non-Profits

Benchmarking can be an important tool to use to measure your nonprofit’s performance and improve your organization.  In this session, we discuss what benchmarking is, why using them is important, and sample benchmarks that your organization can use to evaluate and improve performance. As part of the session you will receive a recent benchmark report of more than 400 Wisconsin nonprofits along with a best practices tool to help evaluate your own organization’s performance, practices and procedures.
