Organizational (or Program) Assessment

In finance, it’s called an “audit.” In academia, it’s called “independent review.” In these two sectors, the value of periodic, independent assessment of programs and projects is unquestioned. So why don’t we embrace the concept of a formal, independent review of organizations - especially since it can lead to organizational transformation.
This discussion-based session will explore:
• The reasons an organization might want to periodically review its projects, programs, and even the entire organization.
• What makes such assessments valuable and how we might go about securing such a review.
• Cost factors, timing, and expectations.
• How you might use the results.
