Benchmarking for Nonprofits

Benchmarking has always been used in the for-profit world more than in the nonprofit industry. However, it can be an important tool to use to measure your nonprofit’s performance and improve your organization. Join us for this session as we discuss what benchmarking is, why having benchmarks is important, and sample benchmarks your organization can use.
