We bring our experiences, biases, cultural differences, preferences, skills, talents, and peeves to the table when we work with other people. Learning to understand and appreciate the unique people we work with takes time, but ultimately, your team will save time by increasing satisfaction and reducing turnover. Learn engaging ways to build team cohesion – and improve all of your personal and professional relationships! - in this experiential workshop.
Participants will:
1. Gain a deeper understanding of the various strengths and perspectives colleagues bring to your work together
2. Understand how your own emotional reactions and responses affect your communication
3. Learn to create an honest, direct and kind communication style and culture in your organization

Trainer:  Jennifer Wilson has been working with individuals and organizations for over 20 years, from the back country to university classrooms. Her mission is to help people work well together so they can focus on doing great work in the world. As an experiential educator, Jennifer believes that we learn best when we get to interact and discover meaning in community. She embraces the belief that, “To transform the world, we must begin with ourselves.”
